                                                                                  Characteristics Of The Longest People Who Ever Lived

                                                                                    Everyone is trying to be healthy and live longer. A lot of businesses sometimes may take advantage of this by aggressively marketing products that don’t work, or ones you don’t need. People are being led into believing they need to do this and that, and have this and that, and so on. It gets to the point where people go crazy and this throws off others for fear of living a super strict life deprived of pleasure. Let’s set the record straight by taking a closer look at those who have lived not just long lives, but happy lives.

                                                                                  For one, the longest people who ever lived were happy. This is number one. They had a care free attitude and didn’t take life very seriously.

                                                                                  Second, they lived in remote areas which means they were not exposed to the garbage that modern man is on a regular basis - TV, radio, media, junk music, magazines, electromagnetic waves, etc.

                                                                                  Third, they were very active people. Climbing, hiking, swimming, walking, this was all part of their life, not sitting in front of a computer all day. You know, you don’t even need to examine this too seriously. Come to think of it, just look at ancient people of the past. They all lived different lives. One big thing is they had much lower stress levels. Even your parents and grandparents experienced this. Today, the stress levels are off the charts and more people get sicker and sicker. Why? Well, because they don’t know how to live. You look in other areas in the world where the population are much healthier; you’ll see their lifestyle are very different. They know how to live. Now, you can only do the best you can with what you’ve got and where you are. Fortunately for you, I made a list of things that anybody can do that will greatly aid you in your quest for healthy living. Here they are:

                                                                                  Get plenty of sunlight

                                                                                  Breathe deep

                                                                                  Exercise naturally - Walking, swimming, hiking, climbing, calisthenics, full body exercises using free weights, playing outside, sports for fun.

                                                                                  Be thankful - There’s always someone who’s got it worse than you. Look at poor villagers if you need a reminder.

                                                                                  Laugh - The happiest, longest people in the world knew how to laugh.

                                                                                  Yoga - Helps balance the body.

                                                                                  Reduce Stress - Meditate, listen to good music, walk.

                                                                                  Play games - Chess, charades, monopoly, cards, outside games.

                                                                                  Go Away from negative people/environment

                                                                                  Avoid TV, or better yet, get rid of it!

                                                                                  Reduce Internet/Computer Time

                                                                                  Associate with those who love life and give you positive energy

                                                                                  Spend time wisely, don’t waste it

                                                                                  Reduce cell phone use

                                                                                  Eliminate negative energy in your life in all its forms - processed chemical food, people, places, electromagnetic waves, bad attitude, etc.
                                                                                   

                                                                                  A World With One Common Belief - Death

                                                                                    Our society teaches us that we grow up, mature, and die. This is wrong. If we had a free society where medical research could be freely done without corrupt government regulations and financial interests, we would find the cure for aging once and for all! Science will go farther and farther and it will be only a matter of time before the cure is discovered. So you see, we literally believe ourselves away. Because we believe we will die, we die! Ninety percent of all disease is psychological in origin. Think about that. We are mostly made up of water, and you can easily change the shape of water with your thought waves. Stop accepting death as the ultimate destination! You will only live as long as you permit yourself to do so!

                                                                                  With these simple things anybody can do, you too can change your biology to live as long as you choose!

                                                                                  Immortality Investigated, Eternal Youth, Your Birthright

                                                                                    Well son, its like this, you’re born, grow up, get married, have kids, grow old and die. That’s it? Yup. Why don’t I just jump in the water? You’re killing me here. Sadly, this belief system is taught to our youth today. Parents today really don’t have any idea on how to raise children, most of them any ways. Old men will tell you oh, when your numbers up, your out. That is total garbage. We live in a death oriented culture where the masses glorify and worship death. Just about everything you see leads to death - 9-5 rut jobs, TV/radio programming, internet sites, cell phones, politicians, government, police, prisons, religions, etc. They only talk about death. Over the years they’ve come up with creative new ways to teach death. Things like do good now, get rewarded when you die, compromise for others, rough it out good things are coming, or that’s just the way it is.

                                                                                  Alright, enough of this stupidity. You’re not reading this to talk about morons and their fifth century beliefs, you’re here to find ways to enhance your life and health. So with that being said, understand that you, yes you, choose how long your live and whether or not you age. That’s right, you see over 90% of disease is psychological in origin as discovered by science. That means you’re old, you’re sick, and your suffering is your fault! It comes down to you taking action to take better care of yourself. You ultimately make the choice whether to do something or not.

                                                                                  Placebo effect is quiet powerful. When you are raised with the belief that you’ll grow old and die and you believe it, guess what? You manifest it! People die cause they believe in it! If everyone was raised to believe they are eternal and to pursue life no matter what situation they’re in, to very actively pursue life no matter what the circumstances they’re in, you’d have a very different race. People would live longer and could survive hostile situations instead of accepting fate.

                                                                                  So realizing you’ve been lied to and believing you can take control of your health and life is step one. Step two is doing tings that are life enhancing not destroying. Things like drugs, alcohol, junk food, these all kill. Consciously choosing actions that promote life is the next step. Whether it be food, avoiding war, reckless behavior, beliefs, religion, or even laws, anyone or anything that compromises your health is pro death and should be eliminated from your life. There is a list of tings for you to use in the simple ways to raise your frequency section. Use them to help you.
