Detox
Cleaning the body of all impurities is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With all the toxins being constantly thrown at us in our environment, we must turn to nature as her abundance purifies the chemicals of man. Using correct herbal combinations nourishes our bodies with vital nutrients while removing unwanted junk. The average person’s diet today consists of garbage. Tons and tons of processed poison. Frozen food, fruits laced with pesticide, herbicides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizes. The so called food people eat today is stuffed hazardous ingredients you can’t pronounce. These dangerous chemicals have severe negative side effects in the long run. And then you wonder why people today get sicker and sicker then ever before in history and you have a higher chance of getting sicker than ever before. Why? Because they live against nature. Now the solution is to make the change. If you don’t make the necessary changes, then nothing will change. Here are some things you can do to dramatically improve your health:
Eliminate processed foods - canned, frozen, bottled,
Ear organic or local food whenever possible - beware of ingredients you don’t know or can’t pronounce - aspartame, fructose, magnesium stearate, pasteurized/homogenized dairy, hydrogenated oil, pork, shellfish, crab.
Reduce TV time or better yet, get rid of it!
Spend less time on the computer and cell phone use - kids these days text/talks way too much on the phone. Be a real parent! Take the dame phone away! A 10yr old kid doesn’t need a cell phone! Make them go outside and play or do yard work.
Exercise - use free weights or calisthenics or play outside.
Reduce stress - walking in nature, listening to good music, (not 11yr old rat music) meditate, use a rebounded, breath deep, do yoga
