Many Extraterrestrials visited earth in the past. Some good, some bad. The good ones left teachings to connect with them and channel their energy. 

Activating love in your heart will automatically connect you to the source (God) and this usually results in a contact. Spiritual ET's are attracted to friendly, loving people.

Angels are human beings on a higher frequency. You can connect with them by opening your heart chakra.
Relax and breathe in white light energy and exhale dark energy. You have the option to sit or lie down, whatever is more comfortable. Point is the feel the energy and be relaxed. Try to do this for atleast 30 minutes a day and within a month you'll see amazing results!
