Characteristics of Successful People
Instead of telling you imitate successful people and be like them, it would be better if you observed their behavior and adopt certain characteristics into your personality. When you look at successful individuals they all share common traits that set them apart from everyone else. Successful people are not necessarily rich, but people who over came adversity in the pursuit of goals and achieved them despite great opposition. So here are common qualities in such individuals:
Determination - Goal oriented with a burning desire for fulfillment drives such people to save a child in a house in flames, run through a cross fire to accomplish a mission, or to still strive for financial independence even when homeless. This is something most people lack. Generally, people don’t have any goals and are not determined enough to pursue them. They’d rather sit back and watch tv. Oh well, that’s why they’re more losers then there are winners.
Motivation & Focus - Successful people are constantly reminding themselves why they get up every morning. Their minds are focused solely on their goals and won’t accept no for an answer. The common fool entertains millions of useless random thoughts, drifting through life where ever the wind blows, while the focused one heads toward the dream.
Responsibility - Those who are successful don’t blame. They accept responsibility and acknowledge their own power over life. Losers blame, losers complain. Losers whine about how its not their fault, its their parents, friends, family, god, the devil, government, and so on. Successful people don’t waste with that crap and take the blame for their own misery. By doing this they hold the power to change their situation and do so quite amazingly. When you bitch and complain, you are giving up your control. Of course, there are times to let out some steam, but there’s a difference between the two.
Creativity - Winners see possibility where others do not. Sheep accept whatever their master tells them. Creativity is using your head to find unique ways to create. Prosperous people know this and use it to launch themselves to higher levels. Its not that hard to do. Just don’t set any limits on yourself, keep aiming high and be open minded to all possibilities to expand your horizon. If you fail, so what? Take full responsibility, learn from it, and move on!
Many will feel offended, because this info exposes them for who and what they are so don’t waste your time reading their comments. That’s the problem with the world, people let the opinions of others make their decisions. If you see a book you like, but don’t buy because of the reviews guess what, you’re a loser! Because you allowed your decision to be made by others. Who cares what the review said or who reviewed it? Are they god? Who are they to review it? How dare you allow them to effect your judgment! You like the book, buy it, and you may like it despite what everyone else says. If you don’t, return it! See, the winner will give it a shot, if they see something they’re interested in, they’ll do it regardless of what anyone else says whether it be a purchase, business opportunity, or whatever, successful people take chances and aren’t afraid to take action. The big difference that sets apart the super successful from everyone else, is they take action. A loser will let others make their decisions for them. If they want something, the opinions of others stops them before they even began! Don’t be a loser.
Columbus didn’t give beans about what the rest of the world said, did he? No, he went and set sailed and proved the world wrong. When everyone said the ship business is bad, that didn’t stop Aristotle Amasses who bought the ships and became rich. Bill gates saw opportunity and took action when others didn’t. Now the loser who sits in their pajamas criticizing everyone will say oh these people stole someone else’s idea, blah, blah, blah, and so on. Yes that happens, however it comes back to taking action. Gates wasn’t the only one who saw what was coming. The difference between him and everyone else is that he took action when the others were too scared and if they weren’t going to do anything, fine. That’s why Gates is where he is, he took action, he took the best from everyone, implemented it into his own programming, and moved forward while the others hid in the corner. There were others who believed Columbus, there were others who saw the opportunity in the internet, but the ones who prevailed went for it! There are so many examples, but you get the idea.
When it comes to being successful, it really comes down to having a goal, accepting no for answer, and being fearless daring to go where no man has gone before. Taking action when others stand still. Be the one who moves when others freeze. Your life is in your hands and don’t let anyone fool you otherwise.

Wrong Beliefs People Have About Success
Smart, talented, networking skills, well connected, these are all common beliefs people have about becoming financially free that are wrong. Oh, you’ve got to have good looks, you need friends in high places, its who you know, you need skills, blah blah blah, and all this other crap. This is all just pampering just to make them feel better about their pathetic life. We will now quickly banish all these false beliefs about money:
You need super intelligence - No, you don’t. Don’t believe, go look at all these rappers, drug dealers, prostitutes, politicians, businessmen. They’re some of the dumbest creatures you’ll find in the universe! But they know how to screw someone, or make a fool of themselves and in this twisted society that’s considered entertainment.
Talent - Again, look at all these punks in the media. Look at sport commentators, or commentators in general, lawyers, judges, ice cream tasters, you think they have any talent?
Networking Skills, Need to be Well Connected- Einstein wasn’t Mr. Popular, neither was Socrates, or Tesla. I don’t recall Jack London starting out with any skill or having a list of friends on face book. The fact of the matter is real successful people even though they may have not had friends, connections, or skills, they made them. If they lacked a skill, they learned it. No friends? So what, they still strived for excellence. Stop making excuses. By the way, its not wise to have that many friends anyway.
So you see, the excuses people make are just to sober themselves up and to feel sorry for themselves playing the victim. Don’t be a victim, be a winner!
